WHAT'S NEW?

1. Age Divisions have changed to U5, U7, U9, U11, U13, U15, U17 & U19

2.  ALL pitchers in U11 - U17 must wear a facemask.

3. Pitchers in all age categories may start with one foot on the pitching plate, all age categories may leap in the air, land and then release the ball provided they do not establish a second push point, also known as a crow hop. What umpires are directed to look for is that the hands must be separated and the arm rotation must be started prior to the pitcher re-establishing contact with the ground.  Click here for a video that explains what a legal pitch looks like and what umpires will be looking for.
